Hi! My name is Caitlyn and I am passionate about communicating scientific research in a simple and easy-to-understand way. Currently, misinformation is at an all time high, especially in the pregnancy/birth/parenting space. This website hopes to help you fully understand the topics you care about, so YOU can make informed decisions for your family.
I am NOT a doctor, and I do NOT give medical advice. I have a degree in psychology (minoring in biology) and have worked in mental-health-based non-profits for over 10 years. I am also a certified birth and postpartum doula who believes in personal autonomy and science-based practices.
Oh, and I'm a mom. I have two awesome little guys that keep me very busy (especially when they see me working).
